AGGE 5-in-1 Color Zigbee + RF Controller is a smart control unit for LED strips that allows you to control the light strip remotely either with a remote control or with a mobile application installed on your phone. The controller is installed between the light strip and the transformer/power supply so that the power supply is connected to the ready-made connector (or INPUT connectors) on the controller, and the light strip is connected to the OUTPUT connectors on the controller. After this, the control unit can be connected to any 2.4 GHz radio frequency remote control and any controller using the Zigbee communication protocol, such as the Philips Hue Bridge, which in turn allows you to easily control the light strip using the Philips Hue phone application. The same light strip can therefore be controlled either with a separately purchased remote control or with a smartphone via the Philips Hue application. In addition, this control unit can also be used as a transmitter for other control units operating on the same radio frequency, so that all controllers paired to this receiver can be remotely controlled either with the remote control or the Philips Hue app simultaneously with this control unit, even if the paired control units themselves do not use the Zigbee communication protocol.

The control unit uses the Zigbee 3.0 communication protocol and 2.4 GHz radio frequency to communicate with the Philips Hue command center or remote control and other control units (communication with the remote control and other control units takes place over the 2.4 GHz radio frequency and communication with the Bridge takes place over the Zigbee communication protocol). Through the Philips Hue app, the lights can be turned on and off, their color temperature and color can be adjusted, they can be dimmed and brightened, they can be defined with preset lighting settings and much more. Lights connected to the Philips Hue Bridge can also be controlled with simple voice commands using Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri, so controlling the light strip is really easy! The Philips Hue app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play.

A maximum of 5x3A load can be connected behind one control unit and the controller's detection radius in an unobstructed area is 30 meters. The control unit has built-in protection mechanisms against overheating, overload, short circuits and reverse polarization, and is suitable for controlling single-color LED strips, CCT, RGB, RGBW or RGB+CCT strips. Intended for dry indoor use (IP20). Two-year (24 months) warranty!

Quick Guide

Install the LED strip in place. Install the transformer/power supply in place and make sure that the wires reach from the transformer to the strip. Connect the power supply to the INPUT connector on the controller and the light strip to the OUTPUT connector. Plug the transformer into a wall outlet or, for a fixed installation, connect it to the mains.

Connecting the receiver to the Philips HUE system: Download the Philips HUE app on your phone, install the Philips Hue Bridge in your home and activate the HUE control system. Press the RESET NET button on the Zigbee receiver quickly 5 times and turn the receiver off/on 5 times to clear the previous network connection. The Zigbee receiver will enter pairing mode when the lights connected behind it start flashing slowly. Then go to SETTINGS -> Lights -> + in the Philips HUE app and press "Search". The Zigbee receiver will appear in the app after a while, after which you can control it via the Philips HUE app.

Pairing the receiver with the remote control: Press the Match button on the receiver briefly, and immediately press the On/Off button on the remote control. The indicator light on the receiver will flash a few times to indicate successful pairing.

Pairing the receiver with another control unit: Briefly press the Match button on the control unit you want to connect to this control unit, then press the On/Off button on this receiver in the Philips Hue app immediately afterwards. The indicator light on the receiver will flash a few times to indicate successful pairing.
