Terms and conditions

You will register as a customer of ours when ordering the products we provide. At the same time, you will accept our general terms and conditions of purchase.

Product and price information

All product and price information is shown on our webstore. The prices exclude shipping, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and shipping

We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

Orders will be delivered straight to the customer using international carriers. Carrier and delivery method may vary depending on the delivery country. Delivery cost depends on the delivery address and method. Applied delivery cost and method will be mentioned in Shopping cart before proceeding the payment. We use GLS Euro Business Parcel, UPS standard Parcel and DHL Express economy shipping methods for deliveries.

Delivery time

We process our orders within 1 - 2 working days of receiving the order. The delivery time for the products in stock at the moment of placing the order is usually 3-8 working days. Estimated time of receiving to our stock is stated separately for each product, in case the product is not in our stock.

If the product, or some of the products are out of stock at the moment of ordering, in principle we wait until all products arrive in our stock and ship them all together at the same delivery.

Alternative shipping address

You can also order our products without extra cost for delivery to other than your regular address. In this case, please state your desired shipping address on the order form in addition to your own address.

Non-delivery

We reserve the right not to deliver based on bad credit, missing personal information, problems with carrier or incorrect stock balance. If the order has been paid, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.

Payment Methods

Products and their shipping costs will be paid with the order. In the webstore, you can use the following payment methods: PayPal, Stripe Credit Card, Klarna Payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If you choose to pay in a currency other than Euros (e.g., GBP), the webstore applies a currency conversion rate. This conversion includes a 4% conversion fee, which is added directly to the displayed exchange rate.

Satisfaction guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders, beginning from the moment you receive your product. We encourage you to install and test the product under regular use to ensure it meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund within this 30-day window.

To qualify for a full refund, the product and its original packaging must remain in good, resellable condition. We understand that testing may leave minor signs of use, such as light wear marks on screws, and these are perfectly acceptable. However, if the product or its accessories show significant scratches, heavy wear, or have been modified (such as cutting the power cord), we cannot offer a full refund. In these instances, a partial refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that for a return to be accepted, the original packaging must be intact and all included accessories, such as feet and fasteners, must be returned with the product.

Returns

We offer a free 30-day return period, beginning from the date of delivery, in line with our Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that returns are only accepted within this 30-day window. After this period, we do not accept returns, and any further inquiries will be handled as warranty claims only.

No return fees are charged when the return is made within this 30-day window. For a return to be processed, the product and its original packaging must be in good, resellable condition as outlined in our guarantee terms. While you may test the product under regular use to ensure it meets your needs, the item must remain undamaged and the packaging must be kept intact. Returned products must be packed in a box that is durable for transport. When returning in the original shipping box, the original address card must be covered. If the return is made in something other than the original shipping box, then all markings on the box must be covered.

Warranty

Valostore provides a minimum 12-month warranty on products, covering defects in materials and workmanship (this does not apply to products with an expected lifespan shorter than 12 months, such as halogen or incandescent bulbs). If a product has a different warranty period, it will be specifically mentioned on the product page. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase shown on the receipt.

In the event of a warranty claim, the product must be sent for processing in its entirety; for example, with a flashlight, the battery and any charging cables must also be included. Either the defective component or the entire product will be replaced under warranty, provided the claim is justified.

The warranty does not cover misuse, installation errors, modifications made by the customer, neglect of instructions, or damage caused by other improper actions. The warranty covers shipping costs and the defective product. It does not cover any installation costs for the replaced part. A warranty replacement does not extend the product's original warranty period.

Value added tax (VAT) Policy

All our prices include VAT in shop display. We apply the VAT OSS (One Stop Shop) system, which means that VAT is determined according to your country of residence for consumer customers. For business customers, we apply the European Union's reverse charge mechanism (intra-Community supply – Article 138 (1) of Directive 2006/112/EC). Business customers are required to provide their VAT registration number at checkout and, if requested, to verify the accuracy of this information to the seller. By entering a valid VAT registration number, the prices displayed in the shopping cart will be shown as VAT excluded.

Orders damaged while shipping

If your package was damaged while shipping, and the products ordered are damaged, please issue a damage report by post office immediately. After doing this, please contact us for a replacement product.

Defective products

If the product you have ordered has a material or a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service by contact form immediately. This way we can handle the issue as quickly as possible.

Force majeure

Valostore.com shall not be liable for such circumstances where the delivery is prevented, hindered or delayed by an issue outside the reasonable control of valostore.com. These elements include factors such as war, Acts of God, embargoes, government orders, failures in general traffic or energy distribution, strikes or other elements disturbing or hindering the action of valostore.com, such as death, illness or a less severe disturbance or failure that is humanly justified.
