LED strip kit for sauna AGGE - Complete kit

A truly stunning LED strip set designed for saunas, which allows you to create soft and indirect ambient lighting in sauna rooms. The complete set, assembled from AGGE's high-quality accessories, includes everything you need for installation. You can choose either a standard 3000K or 4000K 8 w/m strip, a color temperature-adjustable CCT strip or a colorful RGB+CCT strip, and all the necessary tools for a neat installation are included (transformer, installation profiles and brackets). Easy to install!

The sets with standard white tape are available in 200 cm, 250 cm and 500 cm versions, and the sets with color temperature adjustable tape and colored RGB tape are available in 500 cm versions. In the 200 cm and 250 cm sets, the tape is delivered in a 250 cm roll, but the 200 cm set comes with 2 meters of mounting strip and the 250 cm set with three meters. In the 500 cm sets, the tape is delivered in a 500 cm roll and the mounting strip is delivered in 5 meters. The tape can be installed under or behind the sauna benches or backrest, and each tape and mounting profile can also be shortened as needed, meaning the lighting is easy to size to fit benches of different lengths. In addition to the transformer and mounting profiles, the color temperature adjustable and RGB sets also come with a remote control and an LED strip control unit for adjusting the tape.

The installation profiles included in the set are suitable for surface installation and are equipped with a frosted glass shade that evenly diffuses the light, which guarantees a finished result. The profiles can be attached to the sauna benches/backrests either by drilling or using the separate brackets included.

About connections

When installing in damp rooms, moisture protection must be taken into account in the electrical connections. The transformer supplied is IP67 moisture-proof and the power cable going to its LED strip has a moisture-proof connector, but if the cable is extended or the connections are made yourself, they must be protected, for example, with a moisture-proof heat shrink sleeve. The transformer can also be installed in a dry room, for example in an adjacent room, in which case only the cable from the transformer is brought to the sauna side. In fixed installations, the transformer plug can be cut off and the connection made inside the junction box.

According to sauna regulations, when installing in a sauna, the strip must be installed at a maximum height of 1 m. Based on our experience, the AGGE wet room strip can also be installed at the height of the backrest without the strip's lifespan being reduced. No electrical devices other than the heater's own (e.g. temperature sensor) may be installed above the heater or at a distance of less than 0.5 m from it.
