Led strip for interior lighting: examples of implementations

The LED strip is a very versatile lighting solution for the interior of your home. Thanks to its design, the strip can be installed almost anywhere - on the ceiling, underneath cabinets, in wall recesses or behind furniture. The LED strip works brilliantly both as a main light source and as a mood light: a bright and even light can illuminate the whole space, while dimmed it creates a soft and cosy atmosphere. The LED strip can be used in a variety of ways: direct lighting effectively brings out the light in work areas and kitchen levels, for example, while indirect lighting, for example along the edge of a ceiling or wall surface, gives depth and a soft distribution of light. The energy efficiency, long lifetime and the ability to adjust the brightness and colour of the light make LED strip a practical and aesthetic choice for home lighting.

On this page, we have collected examples of LED strip installations for home interiors. Below the pictures you will find information on which strip and accessories have been used for each installation.

Kitchen

• In the cabinet recess, the strip is an AGGE 10W led strip with 4000K colour temperature. The installation has been carried out with this profile. The products are also available as a complete set.
• In the plinth, the same AGGE 10W led strip with 4000K colour temperature is used. The installation is carried out without aluminium profile. For dimming, a Philips Hue-compatible telephone controller is used.
• On the living room side, in the seat recess, the strip is a colour and colour temperature adjustable AGGE RGB+CCT strip to adjust the light tone to match the mood of the living room lighting. The installation is carried out with this profile and the strip is controlled by a Philips Hue-compatible phone controller.

• In both cases, the installation was carried out with an AGGE 10W strip with a 4000K colour temperature. The profile is a surface-mount model and the control is via a wireless remote control.

Bathroom / Sauna

• The LED strip used is AGGE's 15W/m IP65 waterproof strip with a colour temperature of 4000K. The ceiling panel is left about one centimetre away from the wall and the strip is mounted "under" the panel with this profile.

• The strip is an AGGE IP65 waterproof strip of 10W/m at a colour temperature of 3000K. The strip is mounted on this profile and dimming is implemented with a Philips Hue-compatible dimmer. In the sauna the strip is under the ceiling, in the bathroom a gap is left between the ceiling panel and the wall where the profile fits.

Bedroom

• AGGE 8W/m strip with a colour temperature of 4000K. The profile is this profile and the dimming is controlled by a wireless remote control.

• The strip is an AGGE CCT strip with colour temperature control, which allows the light tone to be adjusted to suit the atmosphere at any time. The profile is suitable for flat surfaces and the strip is controlled by a remote control.

WC

• An AGGE 10W/m strip is installed behind the circular mirror to illuminate the area around the mirror, with a colour temperature of 4000K.

Utility room

• In both locations, an AGGE 10W/m led strip is installed under the cabinet with a profile suitable for flat surfaces.
