Additional light set Tesla Model X

Auxiliary light set Tesla Model X is assembled around the Purelux Panther C540, Panther Aero S540 Gen2 or Panther Aero C540 led bar, as the name suggests, the Model X perfectly fitting auxiliary light set! Each package contains one Purelux powerful auxiliary light panel, whose functionality in Model X (both technically and visually) we have tested with our own hands at Valostore. In addition to the light, a wiring kit suitable for installation and model-specific fasteners are also included, which allow the panel to be installed neatly and easily in the recess below the vehicle's license plate. Thanks to the brackets shaped like the bumper of the Model X, the lamp sinks into the recess at the level of the bumper, so the installation is smooth and looks as if the light had already been in place when it left the factory. The panel's beam consists of a rectangular wide main wedge, which is the perfect combination of both range and width. The panel's combination beam maximises range, while also spreading light laterally across the width, effectively illuminating roadsides and ditches from the front. Purelux Panther C540

The Purelux Panther C540 is a curved auxiliary light panel designed especially for the needs of passenger cars, which represents the perfect combination of a stylish appearance, tremendous power and a wide combination light beam. The light has two different power modes, thanks to which you can switch on either the more moderate power mode intended for road traffic or the PowerBoost® mode that releases full light power, which releases up to 16332 lumens of light power in front of the vehicle and increases the range to 607 meters (@ 1 lux). The power mode can be easily changed by pressing the button on the body, so there is no need to make laborious connections! Explosive performance and a wide composite light pattern combined with a curved shape and a wonderful design elevate the Panther C540 to the best in its size category.

The Purelux Panther Aero S540 Gen2 is an aerodynamically designed auxiliary light that represents the most popular size of auxiliary light panels in a stylish way. This light combines a modern look with an excellent power-to-size ratio, which together make it one of the best single-row auxiliary lights available. Externally, the panel is understatedly stylish with its dark optics, low-profile design, frameless lens and two-colour parking light (orange and white), but internally it hides an impressive performance for its size. Aero S540:offers two different power modes, meaning it can be set to either a road-legal limited power mode or a full power mode.or the Purelux PowerBoost® mode, which unlocks the power and boosts the light output to 8151 lumens with a measured range of 479 metres @ 1 lux.

Installation guide

Locate the fuse box in the wiring harness and pull out the fuse underneath. Also remove the 4-pole relay attached to the relay base. If you also want the parking light in the auxiliary light to work, then the wiring harness must be modified a little: open the insulating sleeve of the relay base, push the blue wire in the relay base out of its place and move it to the place in the middle of the relay base. You don't have to do the part in bold text if you don't want the auxiliary light parking light to work. Locate the grounding point and power outlet on the car, and fit the power and ground wires of the wiring harness to these points.

Insert the XBB Dongle into the OBD-II port, after which the power can be connected back to the car. Download the XBB Configurator mobile application, connect the Dongle to the application and select from the application the channels that you want to control with the XBB PowerUnit relay (main beam and possible parking light). Connect the connector in the auxiliary light to the wiring harness, and test the functionality of the connections. If you want to use the parking light, connect the blue wire in the wiring harness to the parking light power cable (yellow or white) coming from the auxiliary light power cable. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to which the stand is to be attached. Attach the bottom supports of the rack to both sides of the auxiliary light and match the auxiliary light to the installation location. After you have confirmed the final position of the auxiliary light, remove the tape protections of the lower supports and install the auxiliary light on the vehicle with the lower supports attached. Remove the auxiliary light from the lower supports and fit the upper supports in the correct place. Attach the upper supports to the vehicle with the supplied screws and make sure the light fits. Focus the auxiliary light and secure the fixings.
