The Nightsearcher Sigma PL Penlight is a high-quality, lightweight and compact ATEX-certified flashlight, ideal for technicians working in hazardous or EX-classified areas. For an EX-rated flashlight of this size, the performance is remarkably good, further enhanced by an optimal combination beam. The flashlight operates on two AAA batteries. With an IP67 rating, it is protected against dust and water, making it suitable for use even in wet conditions. Installation of batteries

Note! Ensure that the ATEX code is suitable for the environment in which you intend to use it.

1. Start by unscrewing the Allen screw near the lamp head on the lamp body to remove the lamp head.
2. Then remove the lamp head, but be careful not to touch the heatsink as it may be hot.
3. Insert the batteries into the lamp according to the instructions on the inside of the battery housing.
4. Screw the lamp head back and make sure that the screw holes and thread have no damage in the form of wear.
5. Lock the lamp head in place by tightening the screw.

The unit has one power mode and the power switch is located at the bottom piece.
