Nitecore NB10000 is an ultra-compact and light (150g), carbon fiber-reinforced backup power source that is easy to carry. According to its manufacturer, this thinner and smaller backup power source for a smartphone is the smallest on the market, and up to 50% lighter than standard backup power sources with a capacity of 10,000 mAh. Its carbon fiber-reinforced structure is familiar from e.g. the aviation and automotive industries, and it is designed to achieve excellent impact resistance, which guarantees excellent protection for e.g. the device's battery cell. All the above-mentioned features make the NB10000 a great "emergency backup" for many different adventures. The backup power source is equipped with a 10,000 mAh Li-ion battery and has a remarkable energy density of 257 mWh/g.

The Nitecore NB10000 Gen3 has two USB-C ports, both of which function as input and output ports. The device also supports the QC (Quick Charging) charging protocol. According to the manufacturer, the device's capacity is capable of charging the battery of an iPhone 15 Pro smartphone almost twice from empty to full, or the battery of a Huawei Mate 60 smartphone about 1.5 times from empty to full. It also supports so-called "Pass-Through" charging, meaning that the power bank can be charging itself at the same time as it charges an external device. In accordance with the UN38.3 standard, the Nitecore NB10000 can also be taken on a plane, as the device's nominal capacity is less than 100 Wh. A USB-C to USB-A adapter is included, which also allows devices with a USB-A port to be charged from the backup power source.

Next to the device's operating button, there is a four-stage charge status display, which indicates the remaining charge with a blue LED indicator. Three lights 100%, two lights 70% and one light 30%. The device's overcurrent, short circuit, overcharge, overdischarge, overvoltage and thermal protection functions guarantee safe use.
