Nitecore NB10000 is an ultra-compact and light (150g), carbon fiber-reinforced backup power source that is easy to carry. According to its manufacturer, this thinner and smaller backup power source for a smartphone is the smallest on the market, and up to 50% lighter than standard backup power sources with a capacity of 10,000 mAh. Its carbon fiber-reinforced structure is familiar from e.g. the aviation and automotive industries, and it is designed to achieve excellent impact resistance, which guarantees excellent protection for e.g. the device's battery cell. All the above-mentioned features make the NB10000 a great "emergency backup" for many different adventures. The backup power source is equipped with a 10,000 mAh Li-ion battery and has a remarkable energy density of 257 mWh/g.

The Nitecore NB10000 backup power supply is available in two versions: Gen2 or Gen3. The Gen2 version has one USB-C port and one USB-A port, while the Gen3 version has two USB-C ports. In the Gen2 model, the USB-C port functions as both an input and output port, and the USB-A port as an output port only, while in the Gen3 model, both ports function as both input and output ports. In addition, both devices support e.g. QC (Quick Charging) charging protocol. According to its manufacturer, the capacity of the device is able to charge the battery of the iPhone 15 Pro smartphone almost twice from empty to full, or the battery of the Huawei Mate 60 smartphone approx. 1.5 times from empty to full. In accordance with the UN38.3 standard, the Nitecore NB10000 can also be taken on a flight, as the nominal capacity of the device is less than 100 Wh. The Gen2 version comes with a USB charging cable (USB-A -> USB-C), and the Gen3 version comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, which also enables devices with a USB-A port to be charged from a backup power source.

Next to the device's operating button, there is a four-stage charge status display, which indicates the remaining charge with a blue LED indicator. Three lights 100%, two lights 70% and one light 30%. The device also has a low-current charging mode for more sensitive devices, such as Bluetooth headphones and smart watches. It is activated by holding down the power switch, when the white LED indicator lights up. The device's overcurrent, short circuit, overcharge, overdischarge, overvoltage and thermal protection functions guarantee safe use.

All in all, the Nitecore NB10000 is an excellent choice for outdoor activities, trail running, hiking, camping, camping, etc... and for all those who need a small, easy-to-carry and stylish backup power source for every need.
