The Petzl DUO S is a highly efficient, rechargeable and waterproof headlamp and helmet lamp for demanding home and professional use. The most powerful headlamp in the entire Petzl range: 1100 lumens. The CONSTANT LIGHTING technology provides an even and constant light flow. FACE2FACE glare protection: when working in a group or playing sports in pairs with the lamps facing each other, the lamp automatically lowers the brightness, so that you do not dazzle each other. The Li-ion battery balances the lamp stably on the head and on the helmet, and also works without problems in subzero temperatures. With the help of the indicator, you can easily see the charge level of the battery. When the battery is low, the light will flash to let you know that it is entering power saving mode. Fast charging takes 4 hours, which makes the lamp perfect for repeated use. For those of you who use the lamp daily, we recommend purchasing an extra battery, so that they can be charged alternately and you can use the lamp all the time without a break.

Power modes

The rotatable power mode selector is easy to use even with gloves on. Five power modes mean that the lamp can be used in many different conditions and for many different tasks:

• 1. Work at close range 23 h: wide light cone with relatively low brightness and long burning time (80 lm, 20 m)
• 2. Lighting at close range 12 h 30 min: combination light cone for comfortable work at close range with a reasonably high brightness (180 lm, 35 m)
• 3. Movement 6 h: Wide combination light cone for safe lighting for e.g. walk (330 ch, 70 m)
• 4. Fast movement 3 h 30 min: Wide combination light cone with high brightness (700 lm, 160 m)
• 5. Long range 4 h 30 min: Highly focused spot light for long range (450 lm, 190 m)
• BOOST searchlight mode: (1100 lm, 200 m)

The constant light flow provides even lighting that lasts the entire battery life. The saving mode is switched on when the battery is almost exhausted, after which the lamp shines with 20 lumen brightness for at least 45 minutes.
