AGGE Wireless Motion Sensor is a motion sensor designed to control AGGE's remote-controlled socket, which enables the socket to be switched on and off automatically based on movement. With the remote-controlled socket and the motion sensor controlling it, you can control, for example, yard lights by connecting the lights to the socket (and the socket to a regular socket) and the motion sensor, for example, next to the front door or on the wall of the house, so the lights turn on whenever the motion sensor is passed by and turn off whenever the sensor has not detected movement for the time you specify. The motion sensor and socket both operate on the same radio frequency, so their pairing is easy. In an obstacle-free mode, the operating range is 25 meters, so the socket and motion sensor can be placed far apart if necessary, so that, for example, the lights along the paths in the yard can be turned on before the area is walked into.

The AGGE Wireless Motion Sensor detects movement from 6 meters away, and if necessary, its detection range can be limited using separate plastic parts included in the package. The lights connected to the socket can be set to turn on for 5 seconds, 1, 5 or 10 minutes after motion is detected, and the motion sensor can also be used to determine whether the socket is powered on whenever motion is detected, or only when the environment is dark or bright. The motion sensor also has a three-step scale from which you can choose how sensitive its sensor reacts to movement (low sensitivity, sensitive or very sensitive). This way, the motion sensor and socket can be optimized to work exactly according to your needs. The AGGE Wireless Motion Sensor runs on two AAA batteries (included) and can be easily mounted, for example, to the wall with the included mounting screws. The angle of the motion sensor in relation to the mounting foot can be adjusted, which also allows for installation really low or high. The motion sensor is protected against splash water according to IP44, so it can be used outdoors without worry. Two-year (24 months) warranty!

Quick Guide

Getting started: Remove the mounting bracket from the back of the motion detector and install it in the desired location using the screws provided. Remove the screws and open the motion detector. Remove the battery protective film. Slide the LEARN switch behind the soy cover to the DEL position. Pair the motion detector with a remote-controlled socket (instructions below), then adjust the motion detector settings. Secure the back cover with the screws and attach the motion detector to the mounting bracket. Attach the two plastic parts on the front of the motion detector to limit the detection area, after which the motion detector is ready for use.

Pairing: Plug the remote-controlled socket into a wall outlet and activate the motion sensor as described above. Press and hold the socket’s On/Off switch until the indicator light starts flashing slowly. Release the button. Slide the motion sensor’s LEARN switch to the SET position. When the socket’s indicator light stops flashing and stays on, pairing is successful. You can unpair by pressing and holding the socket’s On/Off switch for 20 seconds.
