The Purelux Panther Aero S1050 Gen2 is an extremely slender and low-profile additional light designed to be part of heavier vehicles, such as e.g. equipping all-terrain vehicles and vans and trucks. Because of its length (1026 mm), this light is best installed on the roof of the vehicle, where the aerodynamics of the panel can be used. When mounted high, the panel's light beam also opens very evenly from side to side of the road section that opens in front of the lights. Like all other Purelux Panther additional lights, this model is also equipped with two power modes: the light can be used either in the limited power mode approved for road traffic or in the Purelux PowerBoost® mode, which releases full power, where the lamp produces a measured light output of over 16,000 lumens and a range of 586 meters @ 1 lux measured range! Panther Aero S1050 Gen2 is not only high-performance, but also quite stylish and modern additional light. The panel includes e.g. two-color parking light (orange and white), stylish dark optics and a frameless lens that guarantees a finished appearance. All this, combined with the light's low body (height only 42 mm), make the Purelux Panther Aero S1050 Gen2 a spectacular addition to any vehicle!

"Notorious Panther performance"

Unlike usual, you don't need to connect or disconnect any extra wires to activate the lamp's different power modes, instead switching between PowerBoost® and road mode is unprecedentedly easy by pressing the button at the end of the lamp. The power mode that was last used remains in the lamp's "memory", so you don't have to e.g. in road traffic, make sure that the lamp always turns on at maximum power, when the power is switched off in between and the car starts moving again.

Note! You can clearly see the difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road traffic mode - PowerBoost® mode is significantly more efficient and should not be used when driving in normal road traffic, only off-road.

The beam of the Panther Aero S1050 Gen2 consists of a rectangular wide main beam, which is the perfect combination of both range and width. The panel directs the light both far ahead and laterally to a wide area, so that even the edges of the road can be illuminated effectively right from the bow. In the vertical direction, the light beam is softly defined, which is why it is especially optimal for bow installations. Despite the height-limited beam, there is still enough light for driving on hilly terrain and for roof installations.

The differences between the curved and straight Panther can be found in the light beam: in both models, the beam is sufficient to illuminate the entire road from side to side, but in the curved panel, the main beam is approx. 50% wider, and it is also slightly narrower in the vertical direction than in the straight model. The efficiently lit area is therefore wider in the curved model, while the straight model maximizes the range of the spotlight. If the goal is to find the widest possible light pattern, a curved panel is the right choice, and if the range is a bit more, the straight model is the right choice. Because in the curved model the spotlight is straighter at the top and bottom, it is a slightly better option for really low installations.

In addition to the precisely finished light beam, a feature that significantly improves the driving experience is the light's neutral color temperature of 5000 Kelvin. Neutral color temperature is optimal for road traffic, as it facilitates the observation of terrain shapes and obstacles, and it does not distort the color of objects. In addition, it dazzles, e.g. less cool tones from snow cover or in fog and rain, and reduces the strain on the eyes. The 5000K color temperature perfectly suits newer cars with LED or Xenon lights as standard, and brings the desired brightness and sharpness even alongside traditional halogen lights.

The Panther Aero S1050 Gen2's aerodynamics, stylish black profile, dark optics, and the orange or white parking light running beautifully at the bottom of the light make the panel a finished and modern addition to any vehicle. In addition to visibility and great lighting properties, the lamp is also very durable, as evidenced by e.g. its highest possible tightness rating IP69K. The body of the lamp is made of powder-coated aluminum, which has been treated with a special coating that is excellently resistant to oxidation, the sun's harmful UV rays, variable weather conditions and also protects against dirt. The lens of the lamp is impact-resistant and high-quality Lexa polycarbonate, which can withstand the inevitable stone blows and scratches from branches when driving. The front of the light is designed completely flat, meaning there is no frame around the lens that collects snow, ice or dirt.

The light comes with both the traditional end legs and the width-adjustable rail mounts below the light, so it can be easily attached to different objects. The wide operating voltage range (9-36 V) enables connection to both 12V and 24V systems, and the light's reference number (50) enables installation alongside practically all standard lights without removing the original lights from use! In addition, the lamp is protected against radio interference in accordance with the ECE R10 standard. Two-year (24 months) warranty!
