The Petzl Actik Core is a lightweight and sleek, general-purpose rechargeable headlamp that comes with both a wide beam and a combination beam. This ultra-light headlamp weighs just 88 grams, making it suitable for even the youngest members of the family! Despite its small size, the lamp produces up to 625 lumens of light output and a range of 115 meters, and thanks to the adjustable beam, the Actik Core is adaptable to an unimaginable variety of needs. It can be taken on a hike or jogging trail, and it can also be used for working, gardening or other everyday tasks. The white light of the lamp has three different power modes, and in addition, the lamp has a separate red light that can be used to maintain night vision. The red light also works well for map reading and night photography or when you don't want to scare forest animals with the light.

The intelligently designed lamp head also functions as a battery/battery case, and the case can be flipped out by tilting the lamp head. Thanks to this feature, the light can also be directed in different directions if necessary, which is useful when working or climbing, for example. The compact Actik Core easily slips into a backpack or jacket pocket whenever needed, so the lamp can be carried with you practically anywhere and anytime! When darkness creeps in, the lamp is easy to find thanks to the phosphorescent frame around the LED that glows in the dark. The Actik Core's user interface is also designed to be as simple as possible: all the lamp's features can be operated with a single switch. Quick guide

On/Off: Press the power button once to turn the light on or off. The lamp will automatically turn on at the lowest power mode.

Adjusting the power mode: When the light is on, press the power switch to change the power mode. The modes change in the following order: Low -> Mid -> High -> Off.

Red light: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to activate a solid red light. Press the power button once to activate a red flash. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to return to a white light.

Key lock: When the light is off, press and hold the power button for 4 seconds to enable key lock. Tap the power button 4 times or press and hold it for 4 seconds to disable key lock.

Charging: Connect one end of the USB-C cable (not included) to the battery charging port and the other end to a suitable power source or an electrical outlet using the AC adapter. The battery indicator light will be red during charging and will turn green when the battery is fully charged. The battery will fully charge in approximately 3.5 hours.

Battery indicator: The headlamp has a battery indicator that shows the battery charge during use. The lamp will enter power saving mode when the battery capacity is less than 10%. The remaining capacity is displayed as follows:

• Green light: battery charge over 50%
• Orange light: battery charge 50–10%
• Red light: battery charge below 10%
