Headlamp Lupine Penta Pro SC - 1400 lm / Rechargeable

The Lupine Penta Pro SC is a headlamp designed specifically for hiking and outdoor use, equipped with an intelligent light sensor, two different light beams and a separate red light function. The lamp's five high-performance Cree LEDs combined with the innovative penta lens produce a maximum light output of up to 1400 lumens and a light beam that effectively illuminates the nearby terrain and improves depth perception. The main light beam consists of a brighter spot in the middle and a wider beam that opens evenly around it. The spot directs the light effectively up to 140 meters forward, while the wide light beam ensures that the immediate environment can be easily perceived. In addition, the light can be switched to a really wide and even light beam, without a separate spot. Thanks to the two different beams, the Penta Pro SC is the perfect choice for mountain hikes and narrow paths, as well as clearings and camp lighting, and with the help of a separate red light, night vision can also be maintained as well as possible if necessary. The lamp, with its excellent lighting properties, is also well suited for close-up work and demanding work in confined spaces, such as tunnels.

The intelligent light sensor built into the lamp automatically adjusts the light output to suit the environment, and the tilt sensor dims the light when reading a map, for example, so that the lamp can be used hands-free if necessary. The light sensor can also be switched off if desired, allowing the light output to be adjusted completely manually. The lamp body is made of CNC machined aluminum and is fully waterproof and shockproof according to IPX7 and IK09 ratings. The lamp weighs only 180 grams with the battery, and because the lamp head is on the forehead and the battery on the back of the head, the weight of the lamp is distributed evenly without all the load being placed on the forehead.

The lamp is powered by a high-performance SmartCore battery, which has integrated battery charge indicators for easy monitoring. The battery indicators are lit on the side of the red battery, so they also serve as a handy tail light for people who may be following you. The light functions are operated with two large switches, one on top of the lamp head and the other below. The switches, placed in slightly different positions, allow easy use of the lamp even when wearing gloves and prevent accidental pressing of the wrong switch. Two-year (24-month) warranty!

Quick guide

On/Off: Turn on the white light of the lamp by briefly pressing the switch on top of the lamp head and the red light by pressing the switch under the lamp head. Turn off the lamp by holding the switch down for approx. 2 seconds.

Changing power mode: When the light is on, tap the switch (upper for white light and lower for red light) to switch between different power modes.

Special functions: When the light is off, activate the special functions by pressing and holding the switch for approx. 2 seconds. In this mode, each short press switches between the different functions.

Key lock: Activate the key lock of the lamp by pressing and holding both switches simultaneously for 3 seconds with the light off. The red light will flash to indicate that the key lock is activated. Unlock the key lock in the same way, the white light will flash to confirm.

SmartCore battery: The battery capacity can be read directly from the battery case. Five red LEDs indicate the charge level in 10% increments. Steady light = 20%, flashing = 10%.

Battery warning: The lamp is equipped with a warning system that is activated when the battery capacity is low:

• Approximately 40% capacity: red LEDs flash 5 times.
• Approximately 25% capacity: red LEDs flash 7 times.
• Approximately 10% capacity: the main light flashes 10 times and turns off.

Emergency mode: When the remaining battery capacity is approximately 10%, the light will turn off after the third warning (10 flashes). Pressing the main button after this activates the emergency mode, where the main light can be used at the lowest power (0.3 W).
