The Black Diamond Astro 250 is a compact and simple headlamp for those looking for a basic headlamp! The headlamp is powered by three AAA batteries, which according to the manufacturer provide an excellent luminous flux of 250 lm and an impressive operating time of 7 hours. Quick guide

Open the battery compartment on the back of the lamp head and insert the batteries in the order shown on the compartment. Press the power button once to turn on the lamp. The light effect can be dimmed by pressing the switch all the way in when the lamp is on, and releasing the switch when the desired brightness has been reached. Strobe mode is activated by double-clicking the power switch when the lamp is off. The lamp can go straight to full power by holding the power switch down for approx. 1 second when the lamp is on.
