Flashlight Nitecore MH40S, 1500 lm

The Nitecore MH40S is a powerful flashlight with a narrow light cone that offers an unimaginably long range, up to one and a half kilometers! In combination with the round LED and the deep reflector, the MH40S luminous flux of 1500 has been used to create a narrower light pattern, thanks to which the range of the light is maximized. Specially designed for military, official and hunting use, the light comes with a wireless, dual-function remote switch that makes it easier to use with a gun. All MH40S functions can be controlled with the flashlight's own switch, or with the two switches on the remote switch, and thus the pistol grip does not need to be changed for adjustment and the sight does not need to be taken off the target.

The MH40S is made of hard-anodized aluminum and its optical lens is coated with a scratch-resistant and durable film. The surface of the lamp's handle is designed to be very easy to grip, so that the grip does not loosen during use. In summary, the MH40S is designed to withstand hard use and extreme conditions, as evidenced by its IP68 enclosure rating, according to which the lamp is completely protected from dust and water. The lamp uses advanced temperature regulation technology ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation), which automatically adjusts the light output to a lower level when the temperature rises too high. This prevents the lamp from overheating and thus being damaged or causing dangerous situations.

The lamp is equipped with a tactical switch, from which the light can be turned on momentarily or continuously. The light effect can be adjusted via the switch on the side of the lamp. The battery charge status can also be monitored from the same button. When the battery is above 50%, the switch will flash three times and when the battery is below 50%, it will flash twice. A flash indicates less than 25% remaining. The lamp also has a modern vibration notification when the battery charge is below 10%. The lamp works with two 21700 batteries (included), which can be charged via the USB-C port directly inside the lamp or alternatively with a separate charger. If necessary, the lamp can also be used with four CR123 batteries.

Quick guide

Introduction

• Open the lamp and place the batteries (+) pole first in the lamp. Carefully screw the cap back on.

Use

• On/off: Turn the lamp on or off by pressing the rear contact until you hear a click.
  Momentary Light: When the light is off, press the rear switch halfway to activate the momentary light mode. Release the back switch when you want to turn off the light.

Operating modes

• Adjustment of power: When the light is on, the power of the light can be adjusted by pressing the power switch on the side of the lamp. The light effect rotates in the following order:
  • Low -> Middle -> High -> Turbo
• Special Modes: When the lamp is on, press and hold the Mode switch on the side of the lamp to cycle through the special modes. The special modes rotate in the following order:
  • Strobe -> Beacon -> SOS

Remote switch

• The lamp and remote switch are supplied paired, so the remote switch is immediately ready for use.
• On/off: When the light is off, press the A switch to the bottom to turn on the light. When the light is on, press the A switch to turn it off.
• Operating modes: The flash light and continuous light can be operated using the smaller switch, and the momentary light using the larger switch.

Charge

• Place the batteries inside the lamp, then connect the included USB-C charging cable to the lamp. The lamp's indicator light flashes constantly when charging is in progress. If the batteries are not in place, in the wrong direction or the wrong type, the indicator light will indicate this by either turning off or flashing rapidly. When the batteries are fully charged, the indicator light lights up steadily.
