The Nitecore EDC25 is an elegantly designed, general-purpose rechargeable EDC flashlight that combines shocking light output, a multi-purpose combination light beam, shock-, water-, and dust-resistant construction and an easy-to-use interface. The compact EDC25 produces a blinding instantaneous light output of 3,000 lumens, so that the light beam has a range of 300 meters. The lamp's wide combined light beam enables distant objects to be observed, while the diffuse light that spreads over a wide area also illuminates the surrounding environment effectively. Thanks to its spotlight, the EDC25 is perfectly suited for both search tasks and close-up work, besides which it is also a good partner for taking care of everyday chores, as an emergency backup in the vehicle or as a light source for e.g. trips and hikes.

Thanks to the innovative and flat design, the body of the EDC25 is only less than 1.5 cm thick, and in addition, the lamp has a steel fastening clip, thanks to which it can be attached to e.g. a belt or the edge of a pocket, and like traditional flashlights, it does not swing due to the force generated by the movement. The unique design also gives the lamps an elegant appearance and facilitates handling. The indicator lights embedded in the body of the lamp indicate the battery charge and the power status for the one in use, which means that it is easy for the user to check the status of the lamp at any time. The lamp is operated with two rear switches; with power and power mode switches that make operation easy and fast.

The EDC25 works with a built-in 1700 mAh li-ion battery, which currently offers a burning time of up to 55 hours, and its advanced APC (Advanced Power Cut-Off Technology) system optimizes performance by minimizing power consumption whenever the lamp is in sleep mode. This makes the lamp both a reliable partner and extends the charging interval of the battery, which is a desirable feature especially for work use. The EDC25 is shockproof and, according to the IP54 classification, protected against dust and splashing water. The body of the lamp is made of a hard-anodized aluminum alloy used in the aircraft industry, which guarantees durability even in challenging conditions. Two-year (24-month) warranty!

Quick guide

On/Off: Turn on the light by pressing the power button on the back once to the bottom. Turn off the lamp in the same way.

Changing the power mode: When the light is on, press the power button halfway, then the power modes will rotate with each press in the following order: Ultralow -> Low -> Mid -> High. After the first use, the light turns on in the power mode it was last used in (excluding Turbo), so the power modes start rotating from the power mode currently in use.

Ultralow: With the light off, press the power switch halfway down and hold to momentarily turn on Ultralow mode. Release the switch to turn off the light.

Turbo: With the light on or off, press and hold the button next to the power switch to the bottom to activate Turbo mode. Turbo can be activated in any power mode and also when the lamp is switched off. The lamp's indicator lights tell you the remaining operating time of the Turbo function, when it runs out the lamp automatically returns to the last used power mode. So it is intended for momentary use only.

Strobe: Press the button next to the power switch all the way down, and the lamp lights up in Turbo mode. At the same time, press and hold the power button down to switch to flashing mode. You can switch between flashing and Turbo by repeating the same.

Key lock: The lamp has two different key locks - Half Lockout Mode (Lockout 1) and Full Lockout Mode (Lockout 2). When the lamp is on, press and hold the power button until the text "Lockout 1" appears on the screen. If the Lockout 1 key lock is in use, the light's On/Off switch is disabled, but the Strobe flash and Turbo power mode can still be used. If you keep pressing the power switch for so long that the text "Lockout 2" appears on the screen, then all the switches of the lamp are disabled, i.e. the lamp can no longer be used even in Turbo or Strobe power mode. The key lock is opened by pressing the power switch once, which activates the screen, and immediately after that by holding the same switch until the "Unlock" text disappears from the screen.

Charging: Connect one end of the included USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the lamp, and the other end to, for example, a computer or mains adapter. The charging progress can be monitored by the indicator lights on the body of the lamp.
