Bike tail light MOON Cerberus Sense - 150 lm / Rechargeable

Moon Cerberus Sense is a powerful rechargeable bicycle tail light that can be easily mounted on the bike's seatpost. The light features several smart functions, including a light sensor that automatically switches between day and night modes, as well as a motion sensor that increases the light output when braking. When the bike is stationary, the light dims and enters standby mode after approximately 60 seconds. With 11 different output modes and adjustable light output, the lighting can be easily adapted to the surroundings and intended use.

Unlike many traditional bicycle tail lights, Cerberus Sense uses three directional COB LED light sources that create a smooth and uniform illuminated surface without visible individual light points. Cerberus Sense delivers up to 150 lumens, and the specially designed lens spreads the light both backwards and to the sides across a wide 270° angle. This makes the cyclist clearly visible from both behind and the sides, for example to other road users at intersections.

With the VLS (Variable Lumen System), the light output can be adjusted manually and steplessly, allowing either high visibility or longer runtime to be prioritised. Cerberus Sense also features Auto Safe Mode, which reduces the light output when the battery level is low and extends the remaining runtime by up to 1.5 hours. The built-in Li-Po battery of the Cerberus Sense provides up to 65 hours of runtime at the lowest output level.

Cerberus Sense is charged using a USB-C charging cable (included), and the battery is fully charged in just 2.5 hours. The IPX7-rated construction provides excellent water resistance, making the light well suited for cycling in rain and other demanding weather conditions. With the included rubber adapters, the tail light can be mounted on seatposts with a diameter of 20–52 mm. Two-year (24-month) warranty!

Quick guide

On/Off: Press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second to switch the tail light on or off.

Changing output mode: When the light is on, briefly press the power button to cycle through the modes.

Sense Mode: Cycle through the output modes until Sense Mode is activated. A green indicator next to the button lights up to show that Sense Mode is active. In this mode, the built-in light sensor detects whether it is day or night and automatically adjusts the light output.

Rider Sync: Press the Rider Sync button to activate synchronisation. The light automatically searches for other compatible lights within a range of approximately 30 metres. Briefly press the Rider Sync button to cycle through the synchronised light modes. Press the power button to exit Rider Sync mode.

VLS: Select Standard Mode, which is active when the green indicator is off. Then press and hold the power button to adjust the brightness and release it when the desired level has been reached.

Battery level indicator: Switch off the light and briefly press the power button. A blue indicator that lights up for approximately 3 seconds means that more than 11% battery remains. A flashing blue indicator means that 10% or less battery remains.

Charging: Switch off the light and connect the USB-C cable. The indicator flashes blue while charging and remains solid blue when the battery is fully charged.
