The Purelux Panther 9 Heat is a heated lens version of the Panther 9 auxiliary light. The Heat model is special because of its automatically heated lens, which allows frost, slush, snow and ice that accumulates in front of the light beam to be quickly melted away. The light also has two power modes, which can be easily switched between using the innovative user interface integrated into the light. In the untimed PowerBoost mode, the light produces a blinding 11454 lumens of light output and a beam that can reach 715 meters @ 1 lux.

Designed especially for professional drivers, the Panther 9 Heat is also equipped with an R65-approved orange warning light, which can be used, for example, in special transport or for traffic control. The warning light can be installed behind a separate switch, so it can be used whenever needed. The warning light has 5 flashing functions, and several lights can be synchronized with each other, so that they can be flashed simultaneously. In addition, the light has an orange or white parking light, which decorates the lower edge of the lens.

The Panther 9 Heat's beam consists of a rectangular, wide main beam, which is the perfect combination of both range and width. The beam opens up right from the front and illuminates the entire road from side to side, while the brighter main spot in the middle of the beam directs the light far ahead. In the vertical direction, the beam is softly defined, as is typical of other Panther series lights, which means that the light is not lost in the sky and there is no light ball in front of the front. However, the height of the beam has been optimized to be sufficient for hilly terrain and roof installations of heavy equipment.

In addition to the unlimited power mode, the panel also has a more moderate power mode, intended for road use and poor road conditions, which prevents light from reflecting from snow, rain or fog back into the driver's eyes. In this more moderate power mode, the light penetrates capricious visual obstacles better than high light output, making driving safer. When combined with the neutral 5000K color temperature, which maximizes sharpness and accuracy, the driving experience is truly pleasant. The light also has an orange or white parking light, which, combined with the boldly non-standard design and stylish details, makes the Panther 9 Heat an eye-catching appearance that is suitable for the front or roof of every car.

Note! The difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road mode is clearly noticeable in use - PowerBoost® mode is significantly more efficient and should not be used when driving in normal road traffic, only off-road.

The light comes with a mounting foot, and installation is made easier by the DTP connector already in place in the light's power cable, as well as separate wires from the power cable for the parking lights, warning light and warning light synchronization. Unlike many other additional lights of the same size, the Panther 9 also has a ready-made mounting hole for the upper support bar, which enables a sturdy installation. The wide operating voltage range (9-36V) enables installation in both 12V and 24V systems. The light is radio interference-protected in accordance with the ECE R10 standard. Changing the power mode with UI technology: The light will turn on in PowerBoost mode when first used. To change the power mode, turn off the light for at least 5 seconds, then turn on the light for 2 seconds, and turn the light off and on 2 times within 1.5 seconds to change the power mode. Repeat to change the power mode again.

Synchronization and warning light functions:

• Warning light: Connect the green wire to power (+)
• Synchronization: Synchronize multiple warning lights by connecting the gray wires together
• Warning light pattern: Connect the gray wire to power (+) for less than 1 second, the pattern will change
• Reset: Connect the gray wire to power (+) for at least 3 seconds to return directly to the first warning light pattern
