The Purelux Cobra 9 is a new generation of design round auxiliary light, with a stunning exterior that hides raw performance. Equipped with two power modes, a dynamic parking light that glows in orange or white, and a wide combination beam, the Cobra 9 is the perfect choice for both private drivers and professional drivers, as its lighting characteristics leave no room for criticism. The Cobra's performance is at the top of its class: In the light laboratory, the light output has been measured at a whopping 15,771 lumens in unlimited PowerBoost® mode and the beam range is up to 726 meters @ 1 lux.

Inspired by the unique physiology of the cobra, the design and stunning details give the lamp a stylish overall look, topped off by a dynamically lit parking light. The parking light wraps around the edges of the light and runs across the lens on both sides, making the light a visible element even when the additional light is not on. The exceptionally low reference number (20) for this powerful light allows for the installation of multiple lights without having to remove the vehicle's own standard lights, so it is easy to build a lighting package of your choice with the Cobra.

Note! The difference between Purelux PowerBoost® and road mode is clearly noticeable in use - PowerBoost® mode is significantly more efficient and should not be used when driving in normal road traffic, only off-road.

The light beam of the Purelux Cobra series consists of a tight spot in the center and evenly distributed diffuse light around it. The beam is well defined in height, which means that the light is not wasted in the sky and is not reflected directly from the road surface in front of the headlight into the driver's eyes. The beam is very wide horizontally, so it is enough to illuminate even a wider road from side to side. Although the beam is limited vertically, it is also sufficient for hilly terrain, which makes the Cobra an excellent lamp for any car.

The light has two different power modes that allow you to optimize the lighting to suit different situations: the unlimited power mode always maximizes the light output in demanding conditions, such as when driving off-road and on closed tracks, while the more moderate power mode approved for road use is ideal especially in poor weather conditions: at a lower power, the light is not reflected back into the driver's eyes from, for example, snow, rain or fog, but rather penetrates capricious visual obstacles better than a high light output.

The light comes with a sturdy mounting foot, and installation is made easier by the DTP connector already in place in the power cable and separate wires going to the parking lights. The light also comes with a black stone chip protector, which protects the lens from stone chips and scratches from branches in the summer season. The lens protector reveals the parking light lines in the middle of the light, which means that the additional light remains impressive even on a night without night. The wide operating voltage range (10-30V) allows installation in both 12V and 24V systems. The light is radio interference-protected in accordance with the ECE R10 standard. Changing the power mode with UI technology: The light will turn on in PowerBoost mode when first used. To change the power mode, turn off the light for at least 5 seconds, then turn on the light for 2 seconds, and turn the light off and on 2 times within 1.5 seconds to change the power mode. Repeat to change the power mode again.
