NOTE! The Purelux relay wiring harness is also suitable for connecting additional lights other than Purelux. Our range also includes wiring harnesses with other connectors, and of course you can remove the connector from the wiring harness and connect the light directly to the wires.

Purelux DT-2 relay wiring harness with switch is especially for ATVs, snowmobiles and other small machines , where the connection is easily exposed to road conditions. The ATV wiring harness is water and dustproof according to the IP66 classification, so it can withstand variable weather conditions, water splashing from tires, snow, slush and mud, as well as crossing small bodies of water, for example when riding an ATV or motocross bike. The wiring harness contains everything you need to install 1-2 additional or work lights , and thanks to the ready-made DT-2 connectors, the installation of the light/lights is easy.

Depending on the installation, the additional light can be operated either via the On/Off switch in the wiring harness or if the excitation is taken from, for example, the machine's own lights, the lights can be turned on whenever the device's own lights are switched on. The switch can be attached to, for example, the handlebar using the integrated bracket. The wire/wires from the relay to the additional light are covered with a durable nylon cable sleeve, which protects the wires from fraying even when riding at high speed. The wiring harness is available in versions with either one or two outputs, so it allows 1-2 lights to be connected. Suitable for direct 12V power, max. current capacity of a single output wiring harness 180W and max. current capacity of a 2 output wiring harness 360W (180W / connector).

Note! The connection can affect how the lights are controlled: when the excitation current (blue wire) is connected to the vehicle's own high beams (and the switch is in the on position), the lights will come on whenever the own high beams are switched on. Alternatively, the excitation wire can be connected directly to a constant current, e.g. behind the ignition switch, in which case the light is controlled with just a switch.
