Hello!
Thank you so much for sharing this brilliant tip with us!
It is fantastic to hear that the Purelux Ranger 9" stone guards can be easily adapted to fit the 9" Big Energy lights simply by adding a small rubber pad to the two upper hooks. We absolutely love it when our customers find clever, functional workarounds like this.
Kind regards
Valostore Team
26.5.2026 Stefano S, I am looking for protective stone guards/ covers for my Purelux/Strands Big Energy 9" LED driving lights.
Could you please let me know if you have specific covers available for this model? Also, I would like to know if the covers designed for the Strands Siberia Night Ranger 9" are compatible with the Big Energy 9" housing, or if the dimensions and clip points are different.
Thank you for your help.

Durable scratch shield for Purelux Ranger 9 auxiliary lights. Available in clear, black or amber, sold individually.
Durable scratch shields for the Purelux Ranger 9 auxiliary light. The black and clear scratch shields can be used to protect the light lens from sand dust, scratches from branches, stone chips and other factors that wear down the lens, e.g. during the summer. The amber scratch shield can also be used to change the color of the light to yellow, which improves visibility especially in poor conditions, such as snowfall and heavy fog or rain.
