Quickplate License Plate Mounting Kit is a super handy magnetic license plate mounting kit that allows you to attach the license plate to your car's bumper using strong magnets. With the magnetic mounting kit, you don't have to screw the license plate to the bumper, but can simply snap it on and off as needed. In addition to being easy, the advantage of magnetic mounting is that it is inconspicuous: the small magnets are completely hidden behind the license plate, which keeps the overall look of the vehicle neat and tidy, and you can say goodbye to clumsy-looking plastic license plate holders! The set includes two strong neodymium magnets for attaching to the license plate and two for attaching to the car's bumper, which have been tested to keep the license plate in place even at high speeds and in demanding weather conditions. Thanks to the magnets, the license plate can be installed and removed without tools in just a few seconds, which is an advantage, for example, in exhibition cars, photo shoots and when washing.

The package includes everything you need for installation: magnets and support pieces to attach to the plate, counter magnets to attach to the car, and the screws, washers, and Torx keys needed to install the counter magnets. The brackets for the magnets that come with the car can be screwed to the original license plate mounting points on the vehicle, meaning there is no need to make additional holes in the mounting kit. If you prefer, you can also attach the magnets using the double-sided tape provided.

Quick Guide

Step 1: Remove the license plate and its holder from the car. Clean the surface of the bumper carefully before attaching the magnets. If you are using 3M tape for installation, all dirt, grease and old wax must be removed so that the tape adheres properly to the surface.

Step 2: QuickPlate can be installed in two ways:

• By screwing (recommended): Select a screw or bolt from the package that fits the original license plate mounting hole on your car. Thread the screw through the counter magnet (use a small washer under the screw head). If necessary, place a spacer behind the magnet so that it protrudes slightly from the surface. Tighten by hand, do not overtighten!
• With tape: If there are no holes, attach the magnets directly to the bumper with 3M tape.

Step 3: Clean the back of the license plate thoroughly with an alcohol-based cleaner. Place the magnets on the mating magnets already installed in the car. Remove the protective plastic from the adhesive surface of the magnets.

Step 4: Hold the license plate in front of the car and carefully measure the correct mounting point (the location of the magnets on the license plate cannot be changed after the plate touches the tape, so perform this step with extra care). Press the plate against the magnets so that the tape sticks firmly to the back of the plate. Carefully remove the plate (the magnets are now attached to the back of the plate) and press firmly with your hand on all the mounting points.

Step 5: Attach the supplied support pieces to the back of the sign, preferably on the edges. The support pieces ensure that the sign stays straight, does not shake while driving and, above all, that the sharp edges of the sign do not rub against the car's paintwork.
