Extra light IPF 940SRL GEN2 - Round / 20 cm / 30W

IPF, well known for their efficient rally auxiliary lights, have now released corresponding lighting in LED design.

The lamp housing is corrosion-protected with anodised aluminium, the glass is rock-proof and the lamp housing is equipped with a pressure membrane which prevents condensation.

A substantial data-optimized freeform reflector focuses the light stronger than most LED auxiliary lights on the market and is almost without spill light. All light is directed where you need it most and is one of the few LED lights that can seriously compete with the large xenon auxiliary lights!

IPF has one of the world's best optical systems where all the light is directed exactly where you need it, so despite the low power, it has an incredibly high brightness. A whopping 525,000 candela on spot and 118,000 candela on flood.

Thanks to the durability and the quick start-up of 0.01 seconds, but with the same range as most xenon auxiliary lights, there is no longer any reason to choose xenon. The IPF 940 spot illuminates almost 1500m in total!

Simple connection and installation!

Quick manual for connection:

Installation of additional light / light ramp: Unscrew the number plate from the car. Mount the light ramp / additional lights on or under the number plate holder and screw back with the number plate holder behind the sign. The light ramp can be mounted both above or below the number plate, depending on what works best.

Connection: The cable set has a total of three cables to be connected:

1. DT connector. Connect to the light bar's DT connector.
2. Control current. Connect the blue cable to the car's electrical system that turns on the high beams. A simple solution is to connect a "thief" to the car's existing one plus feed to the high beam. Then the LED light ramp / additional lights are switched on at the same time as the main beam is switched on.
3. Power source. Connect red cable (positive pole) and black cable (earth/negative pole) to the car's power source. For example junction box or battery. Done!
