Wire Hider Purelux Wire Hider, 150 cm

The Purelux Wire Hider is a 150 cm long, rubber conduit that can be used e.g. for the neat installation of the wiring of additional and work lights. With the help of a conduit, for example, the wires of the lights installed on the roof of the vehicle can be transported in a controlled and unobtrusive way to the side of the engine room, for example along the edge of the windshield. The gutter is attached to the installation surface with a strong 3M tape, which keeps it in place even on hard and uneven rides. The flexible and easily shaped structure of the gutter enables installation in practically any vehicle, and if necessary, several gutters can be installed in a row, so that the roof installations of even larger vehicles can be neat. The gutter can also be shortened simply by cutting it to a suitable length, which means that it can easily be shaped into an individual solution for every installation. In addition to the installation of additional and work lights, the Wire Hider can be used practically for the neat installation of any cable and in all situations where a flexible and flexible solution for the installation of cables is needed. The conduit can be placed with a diameter of max. 12 mm thick wire.

Quick guide

For the best adhesion, apply in room temperatures. In cold temperatures, it is recommended to warm the surface to a room temperature.

1. Clean the installation surface thoroughly. Use alcohol based cleaning solutions if possible.
2. Peel the adhesive tape cover, apply to the surface and press firmly for 30 seconds.
3. Let the adhesive to cure and bond for 24 hours. The curing time can be shorter, if the adhesion is heated, for example with warm air.
4. After curing, check the bonding by pulling the profile gently.
