A modern and updated reflector technology directs the light with a comfortable combination light pattern where it is needed most. The extra light effectively illuminates both the wall branch and with a nice range - 458 meters (@ 1 lux) according to the manufacturer. Thanks to Strand's Nuuk Black's incredibly durable lens construction and the fact that, like many other additional lights, it has no "threshold" where dirt or snow can get stuck, the front of the additional light stays very clean even when driving in bad weather conditions. The strong aluminum frame and durable and virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lens ensure durability even under heavy use. In addition, the light is completely dust and waterproof according to IP68 / IP69K classifications. Strand's Nuuk Black has two different included mounting systems, which makes mounting easier, a stepless rail at the back and side feet for mounting in the short sides.
