Shelly 3EM-63T Gen3 is a compact and highly accurate Wi-Fi energy meter that allows real-time monitoring of electricity consumption in homes and buildings directly from a smartphone. The device measures energy consumption in three-phase electrical systems with currents of up to 63 A per phase. The meter is also suitable for solar power systems, as it measures both energy drawn from the grid and energy fed back into it. The comprehensive consumption history helps identify peaks in electricity usage, monitor energy consumption, and find potential opportunities for savings. Measurement data can also be used in smart home automations, such as automatically controlling compatible Shelly smart relays based on electricity consumption.

The energy meter connects directly to a Wi-Fi network without requiring a separate hub, and electricity consumption can also be monitored remotely through the Shelly Smart Control app. The consumption of each of the three phases can be viewed separately, making it easy to see when and how much electricity is being used. The meter stores measurement data in its internal memory for at least seven days at one-minute intervals, while Shelly Cloud allows consumption history to be stored for up to five years. The device also operates over a local Wi-Fi network without an internet connection or cloud service.

Thanks to its compact design, Shelly 3EM-63T Gen3 fits into tight electrical panels, while the integrated current transformers simplify installation by eliminating the need for separate current clamps. In addition to Wi-Fi connectivity, the meter features Bluetooth support, which simplifies setup and enables connectivity with other compatible Shelly devices.
