Dimmer AGGE Push AC Triac Dimmer, RF 2.4 GHz

AGGE Push AC Triac Dimmer is a Triac-compatible control unit that enables the control of TRIAC-dimmable (i.e. practically all dimmable) luminaires or entire groups of luminaires either traditionally with a wall switch or alternatively with a remote control operating at 2.4 GHZ frequency. The control unit is connected to 230V power before the luminaire (or between the wall switch and the luminaire) and the luminaire is in turn connected to the control unit, whereby the controller receives commands either wirelessly from the remote control or permanently from the wall switch and regulates the luminaire accordingly. In addition to remote control, the control unit can also be connected after a traditional wall switch (spring-return, e.g. ABB or Schneider), which enables brightness adjustment via the wall switch. A max. 300W load (LED) can be connected behind one control unit.

NOTE! With this dimmer, it is very easy to add dimming to the lights afterwards (as long as the lights are dimmable): just connect the control unit to the wire coming from the switch to the lights, after which the lights can still be turned on and off from the wall switch and the brightness of the lights can also be adjusted with the remote control. Of course, the wall switch can be left completely on, in which case the lights can also be turned on and off from the remote control.

The control unit operates at 2.4 GHz radio frequency and can be connected to any remote control operating at the same frequency. In an unobstructed area, the controller has a detection range of 30 meters. The control unit has built-in protection mechanisms against overheating, overload, short circuits and reverse polarity. Intended for dry indoor use (IP20). Two-year (24 months) warranty!

Quick Guide

The dimmer is intended for controlling dimmable lamps and LED transformers. Please note that the dimmer must only be installed by a qualified electrician!

The control unit is connected to 230V power before the lamp (or between the wall switch and the lamp) and then connect the lamp to the control unit. After connection, the dimmer can be paired with 2.4GHz radio frequency remote controls or it can be connected to receive commands from a separate wall switch.
