Purelux Magnetic License Plate Mounting Kit is a magnetic mounting kit designed for easy mounting of license plates, which means that the license plate does not need to be attached to the car with bolts, but can be snapped onto it using strong magnets. The set contains a total of 16 very strong NdFeB magnets, which ensure that the plate only comes off the car when a person removes it. Half of the magnets are attached to the back of the license plate and half to the back of the car's bumper, where they pull strongly against each other and lock the plate in place. This not only ensures easy mounting and removal, but also a stylish installation, where the plate does not have the ugly edges of a traditional license plate holder, but only the essential part remains visible, i.e. the license plate itself. Thanks to the ingenious installation method, the magnets are also not visible when the plate is removed, but then the car is completely traceless and ready for, for example, photos or washing. The high-quality epoxy coating of the magnets prevents corrosion and ensures a long service life, no matter what the weather conditions!

The magnets are attached to the car and the license plate with a strong 3M tape on the back, which creates a very strong and durable adhesive surface between the magnet and the plate/bumper, ensuring a worry-free and maintenance-free attachment. In addition to the magnets, the package includes two alcohol-based cleaning cloths for cleaning the paint surface before attaching the magnets, as well as a 550 x 125 mm piece of PPF film, which can be installed between the magnets and the paint surface if desired to ensure that the paint surface is not scratched, e.g. when the bumper is dirty and the plate is attached to the car. One set can be used to attach one license plate, so if you want the magnet to be attached to both the front and rear bumper of the car, you will need two sets.

Quick guide

Clean the back of the license plate from loose dirt and wipe it with the cleaning cloth provided. Attach 6-8 magnets evenly to the back of the plate by removing the red protective sticker from the adhesive surface of the magnet and press the adhesive surface to the license plate. The remaining 6-8 magnets are attached to the back of the car bumper (if necessary, remove the bumper from the car for installation). Clean the back of the bumper carefully before attaching the magnets and wipe the attachment points with another cleaning cloth provided. Place the license plate in a suitable position and place the magnets that will attach to the bumper in place. Once all the magnets have been placed in place, the adhesive surfaces of the magnets that will attach to the bumper can be attached one at a time.

Note! The set includes a piece of PPF (paint protection film) that can be installed between the plate and the bumper to provide additional protection for the paintwork. If you use the film, clean the bumper thoroughly before installation (also degrease) so that the tape adheres properly.
